How to Fuse King Frost in Persona 3 Reload

King Frost is known for his strong ice-based abilities, both offensive and defensive, making him a stronger version of Jack Frost due to his higher level, better stats, and access to more powerful skills.

He is an excellent early-game Persona to take with you into Tartarus, as he can absorb Ice attacks and provide party-wide defense buffs.

Requirement to Unlock King Frost in Persona 3 Reload

You need to complete a series of Elizabeth Requests (#22 – #24) to get the key item and material needed to unlock King Frost (Sugar Key 1x. and Beads 3x)

24	Create a Persona that’s level 23 or above	Have a Persona that’s level 23 or higher in your lineup and report to Elizabeth.	x1 Sugar Key

You’ll easily create a Level 23 Persona at this point. So what matters the most is Request #22, which requires you to defeat a total of 300 Shadows in Tartarus.

Note:

Elizabeth’s Request #22 will be available after completing Requests #3 and #15. Make sure you have completed them by this point.
Elizabeth’s Request #24 will be available on 6/9.
You need to be at least a protagonist level 30 to be able to fuse King Frost

Fusing King Frost

After receiving the Sugar Key, head to the Velvet Room. You’ll find that King Frost is now available for fusion. Unlike Messiah, the combinations for fusing King Frost are quite varied, just use the Personas you already have to speed up the process. Here, I will provide an example of the easiest Personas you can fuse to create King Frost.
